The main character of ZZ Gundam. I haven't watched ZZ at all but I did read from Newtype Asylum that Gundam fans like to compare Judo with Garrod. In the Super Robot Wars series and other reliable sources, Judo likes to extort people whom he made business dealings with (just like Garrod). Me, I used to think he's a Newtype guy who has Amuro's hairdo with the 80's Michael Jackson jacket ^^;;. But while they both were cheerful and reckless, it had been pointed out that Judo has a pessimistic view of human nature, while Garrod was more positive and idealistic about it. Oh, yeah, speaking of the the SRW game, he and Garrod seemed to be getting along pretty well...

Shiro Amada (The 08th MS Team)

The main character and the commander of the 08th MS team. He kinda reminds me of Garrod with that short green/black hair of his, as well as his anime expressions. He was also a love-struck "idiot" who had fallen hard for this certain Zeon female pilot. Other than the hair and his strong dedication to his girlfriend, I have no idea what else to compare them with.

Adin Barnet (GW Side Story G-UNIT)

First of all, please don't mix him up with Adin Lowe of Episode Zero. Anyway back to the topic, Adin is the main character of the G-UNIT manga, and probably one the most underrated GW characters ever conceived (and he's all mine! The rest of the girls can have Duo or Heero or anyone, but Adin-sama is mine! AHAHAHAHA! … ahem). His physical resemblance to Garrod is pretty strong here (image provided by Lina-chan).

The pilot of the G-Falcon (and Garrod's partner in crime during the space episodes). She was also one of my favorite characters in any anime ^_^. A lot of viewers commented that attitude-wise, she was very much like Garrod (which explains why they get along so very well, and they're both annoyed at Kid for some reason). Personally, I think Paula took over Garrod's impulsive role, as he was much quieter in the last episodes.
